Service Description

DeviceWatch provides automated FDA MAUDE adverse event monitoring, AI-powered summarization, and compliance-oriented reporting for medical device companies. AI summaries are for informational signal detection only and must be verified by qualified professionals before use in regulatory or clinical decisions.

Account and Subscription

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, violate applicable laws, or interfere with other users. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
